What makes you think he will get 3 the starting point is 5 what gives you an idea and reason for them dropping it 2 years. The judge has already said between 4 and 10 likely

I personally think they will make an example of this and he will get 6 or 7

I don't think he disputed that he wanted to go further than kissing, he just claims that he had a guilt trip and it stopped there.

The fact he lied about the type of cast on his arm to make it appear as though he couldn't have done what he was accused of is quite damning evidence to me, its a pretty stupid thing to do if you are innocent

No chance in hell.

The offence he's up for includes up to penile penetration of anus, mouth or vagina, and included children down to the age of 12. She was at the higher end age wise, and it was digital not penile. He will get circa 4 years imo. Look at links way back in the thread of penile penetrations of 15 year olds by adults (inc teachers) resulting in 2 to 3 years.

Absolutely it goes both ways but reading some of the posts on here some idiots are trying to tone down what this creepy fucker has done some even going as far as saying the poor young lass who was only a month shy of still being 14 should be held accountable for her actions
