If the Mags win tonight, is it all over?

No, I said to @foolzy at the time that PVA wasn't close enough to his man to prevent it coming in the box.

Not sure how Aguero is Jones' man though.
Probably isn't but as the defence got drawn out of position he was the covering man. Not entirely his fault. Hence my collection of errors remark

dreamt they won 3-1

last time I had a dream & could remember score, was us & we won & won a little money. going to check odds

I've had 2 dreams lately that the mags beat us in the Derby, f***ing miles away anarl! winning 2-0 first game and was 1-0 second before I woke up. Had some weird old players in our team tho, but didn't seem to phase me in my stupor!

Problem is how the hell are we going to get to 40 points. Seems a long long way off
We don't need 40. Every year people say 'this year we'll need 40' and it never happens. 35/36 will do, although even that looks hard for us from our position.

We still have Norwich and the mags to play, we probably need to aim for at least 3 points from the next two games. Manchester United and Liverpool are not the automatic defeats they once were.

A lot of people on here tend to think they'll start to move up the league after their transfer activity. If they win tonight they'll be 5 points clear with a better GD too, an easier run in, and the momentum in their favour.

With Norwich dropping into trouble it's looking like there might be a big gap between the bottom 4 and everyone else.

So would a Newcastle win at Everton signal that they'll move up the league as so many on here are predicting? And would it be the final nail in the SAFC coffin?

It would be very, very damaging.
But I don't think they will.

Possibly, but they won't win.

Newcastle will not go down, forget about them. Villa are gone. So we need to hope another team joins Norwich.

This ^

We know what we need to do - forget the rest

Daft argument. We are behind on points so require slip ups. Id rather the others around us kept losing so 'what we have to do' is as easy a task as possible.

We wont win tonight, absolutely no chance. Townsend and Doumbia will be shite, Niasse will be incredible and it will be unbearable on here with people waffling on about thinking we 'won' the transfer window.

its unfortunate that Sam had to wait to so late in the window for me , its looking bleak but still reckon some hope will be put back into us the next 2 games , the fat lady has laryngitis
Well, I still hope but if they win tonight we will need to go on a fantastic run to get near them. It's too little to late but......."...............we still needed a big lad upfront to unsettle defenders.

By winning half of our remaining games.... We are fucked.

You told us you would lose at home to Utd.
