there are good players in the championship that could make the step up to the prem. but he unfortunately was/is not one of them

Ustari did well when he played

Scocco, never given a sniff, looked small and slow

How many players have we signed permanently in the last few years (since the DoF shite came in) who have improved the team?

Pantilimon? Defoe maybe?
Ki was quality, as is M'Vila but no guarantees he'll stick around

We had to sign vergini even though we didn't want him, absolutely shocking deal. Still gutted we didn't get alonso mind.
