Has anyone said they expect him to sign then? I haven't seen it. Plenty hope or wish he would, but expecting it? Again, you see what you want to see and twist it to then have a go.

Yep and I remain fully confident that there was but obviously the feedback was not successful so we moved onto other targets. This has happened on many players throughout the summer actually. Given the standard of players that we are in for at the moment, that absolutely conveys that we have that amount of money to spend and we are actively looking to spend it on quality.

Nice of you to have another dig though. Just ignore all of the other posts that I have made, clamping you up on many occasions. Just piss off man, go and look in the mirror again and have an argument with yourself.

Am curious, did you delete your posts in the other thread to save embarrassment or did someone do it for you? I might have been unlucky and the ignore button has done its job and you didn't exist. What a great moment that was.

course it was, most of the stuff so far has been journo's just filling pages. Take the manager situation, none of them had a f***ing clue.
Whats funny/worse is the people on the likes of twitter who'll respond to a journo, say the chronicle ones etc tweeting a story about x player and they'll ask "any news from your sources on player y" :lol::rolleyes:
FFS most dont have sources, its made up and putting 2+2 together and getting, tbf, 4.5.
Look at the stories from yesterday (if true) - none of the journos had a clue about those links did they.

SAFC are being very very tight with info re transfers etc and id be surprised if any of the papers know. I said on here last week that our signings (bar Coates) wouldnt be players who had been linked till the last minute.
I know a lad on here who is ITK (ive said before), wont say his name. Proper source, not a bullshitter and been right in the past. This year, this source hasnt been able to give any info, either cos sworn to secrecy or theyre keeping it close to chest.

Lesson here - dont believe any of the shite you read till they have a safc scarf over their heed or the club release something!
 
Wonder if Strootman could be on his way out then if they are interested. I don't mean to us by the way but he's been linked with a move to the prem for some time

What I did find was quite funny on here is a foreign journo reported a link between SAFC and a player - SMB was suspicious

The Chronicle or the Echo or some local paper tweeted a message saying "reports of x player linked with SAFC" which was clearly just using the foreign journos info - SMB thought it now was accurate information because the local paper reported it
