This wasn't done before? I don't get this new way of dealing with transfers angle.

It would seem to me that this window will follow the trend of most. We will be linked to 150 players and we will sign 5.

Pretty sure it won't be the other way round.
 
Genuinely don't think anyone has a clue if we are in for him or not. When dick performed a uturn not a single journalist knew until about an hour before it was announced on safc.com which shows you that these days we keep our cards extremely close to our chest. Think it's a case of a few people trying to cover as many bases as possible in the hope of getting one right.

Would be nice to think we are in for these calibre of players mind.

One of the positives Im holding on to is that I'm pretty sure it was the Telegraaf that broke the Dick news. It as also the first with this transfer news

We might be in for him but I doubt there'll be any major pull. A team in Europe that will offer him better wages and better players around him, it's a no brainer.

I'd put the likes of Southampton (Dutch manager, few Dutch players and links, good team and Europa League) way ahead of us atm. Could see someone like that getting him.

Obviously they might not be in for him but we've got a long way to go. Hope i'm wrang like

You seriously think Safc are telling loads of club staff who we are interested in? And one of them just happens to be a poster on a message board.

Think about it

The club will be telling so few people, it's probably limited to LC, Dick and short get a poster on a message board knows exactly who we are trying to sign:lol:

I have that Sunderland fans Facebook page where they post journalists stories

After the one saying there was no bid, there were loads of comments from posters saying we were a joke, typical Safc only signing loan players, clubs a joke

I can't believe real people think like this
