The plane fly past is back on...

The idea for a fly past at the Spurs game came from Newcastle supporters. They even went to the trouble of getting a price (£960, anyone got the original mag twitter picture?) for the same plane who did Moyes Out to fly past with an Ashley Out protest banner.

The idea was laughed at on here and someone said why don't we have a rival plane towing 5 in a row? Within a day 90 people had chipped in £600 then we found out the mags plane fund had literally never got off the ground.

When I rang to arrange our plane I asked the bloke if he'd done the Moyes one, yes. He also mentioned that he had thought he a job pencilled in for that day and he had already spoken to a lad from Newcastle He rang back later to say the date was fine as the lad hadn't been back in touch. We've now paid a 25% deposit and gazumped the mags plane!

All deadly serious stuff :lol:

You come across As a proper fan and normally i think thi would be a bit of a laugh and would have chipped in myself. I dislike the skunks as much as anyone. Its just the timing for me i dont think we should do it whilst we are staring relegation in the face.
 

I hope for our sake we don't get relegated otherwise you'll see several planes flying over our stadium saying "fuck of mackems enjoy the championship"

The laughable bit is people saying give all the money raised for the pane to charity, which wasn't the original purpose whilst donating nothing to charity themselves :oops:

And that will make relegation feel 10 times worse how? Relegation is shit, we can all agree on that. Beating the mags is good, again we agree. The record books say we've beat the mags 5 in a row once in 136 years, no argument.

We take the piss because it's what a rivalry is about. ironically it started as taking the piss out of yet another mag protest spurned from yet another defeat to good ourselves. They'll take the piss regardless when it's there turn. Hopefully no time in the near future.

They should have just made a bag with orange only ones in quite frankly. They would have made more money.
 
Two weeks after the fact and we've just been dicked 4 - 1 at home by Crystal Palace.

This won't look shite at all will it.
 
I think I'm going to log off and lock myself in a dark room because I'm petrified if I say anything to anyone they might thinks it's banter and they will just be waiting for their chance to be nasty back to me.
