"Mr Airey.

In researching your page, our team found that the abbreviation "FTM" is shorthand for an inappropriate phrase related to this rivalry.

For this reason, you will not be able to raise funds for this cause.

Exfuckinactly, not a bloody cat in hells chance they had the first clue about what it meant. What a bunch of cry babies

I'm in.

To those saying it's childish and small time - what's wrong with childish and small time? Do you think that there's anything about North East that deserves to be taken seriously? Do you think either club has anything whatsoever to be interested in other than the derby? Childish and small time is as good as it gets. I'd donate again if it meant that plane sprayed some kind of grass-killing chemical on the pitch in the shape of a cock-and-balls.

Derby gloating has a sell-by-date that lasts right up to the next derby. Two weeks is fuck all - especially when two weeks marks their first home game since, AND a game they're protesting, AND a game that was supposed to feature their plane.

This will be funny for us and annoying for them. Anything beyond that is over-intellectualising.
But it is ok to over-intellectualise to justify it.

By all accounts.

Because it's one of the things we mock those up the road for being.

@not spavin Exactly if they hadn't planned and failed (cos they have no organisation, bless) of having a plane flyover with a message, we would never ever have have had the jokey idea of turning it on its head into a bit of daft banter

Which is absolutely fine, but unlike some I care about how my football club looks to outsiders looking in, and to me this won't look very good, especially as they won't realise that it's being done on the back of their own failed attempt.

But each to their own.

I can understand people having their reservations but this leap to the air crash is daft. It's a little plane being driven by a pilot. It's in no way similar.

I completely agree with this by the way.
