I see that one of the Acdamey lads has been selected to play for England U17's against Pakistan, not sure which one. However must be good news.

From memory I think the lad was captain of the Durham Under 17 team that won the national championships last year. Beat Kent in the final with Jack Burnham from Langley Park (Hetton Lyons CC) scoring a hundred.

We're related to the lad in some way. My Auntie and Uncle live in Langley Park and my Uncle is/was called Jack Burnham (RIP). He had 5 brothers. Young Jack will probably be the grandson of one of my Uncle's brothers (something like that).

Good to see, i notice that no Durham players made the England u19 squad for the current series against South Africa, 2nd test match currently on going. Surprising that after winning the u17 county championship last season Durham have only one player in either squad.
