Borini

he'll be coming, the way he came off when subbed says it all really (that and the fact he apparently pushed for the move himself)....I'm not overly worried, we can fly the bugger back from America if needs be - he knows he'll barely get a look in at Liverpool if he stays there ;)

My theory.... all just guesswork like everybody else.

Borini is not blown away by the quality of. forwards Liverpool have brought in. With Suarez all but gone and only Ricky Lambert actually signed he's having one last shot at proving to Rogers that he's worth a place. If it works out he's a Liverpool players and champions league bound. If he can't change Rogers mind well get him. We might have to sit tight. As far as I can see there aren't any reliable reports the deal is off yet.

Not criticising at all , he will neex assurances that we are as ambitious as he is and that msy be a problem , pointless him signing if we dont improve with quality in other areas and tbf jones and gomez are hardly earth shattering ...all in my humble opinion

It happened with Carroll, Adam and Downing. But apart from them, you're %100 correct.

Carroll - signed for west ham on loan on 19 June 2012 before pre season started and moved to their bid for him to move permanently was accepted 3 days after Liverpool came back from their tour of USA.

Adam - Stoke's bid for him was made on 29 August 2012 long after pre season finished.

Downing - the news only reported that West hams bid was accepted on 12 august 2013 - 3 days after liverpool's final friendly match.

Fair play, there has been times when some of your posts seemed just negative, but that is very fair.

Was only paraphrasing a lad from the Dippers message board, but fair play for spending the time to search all that out.

If he's f***ing us about fuck him, he's a slightly better than average premier league footballer, £14 million should get us an adequate replacement, fuck knows who like
