The 38 year old Yorkshireman is the only man for the front line spinner job according to Michael Vaughan. Moeen is struggling to 'hold an end' and Batty will (despite averaging 66 to Mo's 60).

Moores is keen to give Kerrigan another chance.

What the fuck has Scott Borthwick got to do for a fair crack of the whip?

Moores is keen to give fellow Kerrigan another chance.

He's averaging about 66 this season.

Cut out the 4 balls and start taking wickets. It's unfair on Scott imo to label him an international bowler. He's a top batsman and fielder yet that never seems to get mentioned when talking about his International prospects.

whats his batting records like compared with ali could he not take his spot in the team

Took 4 wickets at 20 in Sidney.

Ali's been good with the bat for England, hard to see him losing his place on the strength (or lack) of that. Bell should probably be more concerned - how long since his last decent knock?
