Shambles, your international bowler bowls 2 no balls in three overs, and Rushworth bowels four nice knee high full tosses, are these professional sportsmen?, or has PDC taken over?
 
Bloody hell thought it was just sunderland that made me angry like this.

I bowled a better over than that in the pissing rain today(before the game was called off after 3 overs)
 
That was criminal by Hastings giving free hits away and it was pathetic by Rushy.
that's two matches this and Lancs has been thrown away.
If it was a footy match they would be booed off

Said its embarrassing that technology is brought in to avoid such mistakes yet when a mistake is made WITH technology it can't be put right. Was a perfect answer IMO.
 
The biggest shambles about today is they've played a joke of a game. 13 overs, neither here nor there, yet when the game finished at about 18:15 there was still a good two hours of playable light left. Why they couldn't still play 20 overs is anyone's guess. Cricket does itself no favours at all sometimes.

Mindset of needing 18 off the final over rather than 15 would have been different. useless umpires need to there job.

The breese wide(I on first viewing knew it hit his pad) yet the umpire with a far better view called it a wide, then the 6 decision was just a complete and utter farce.

But nowt we could have done rushy was utterly hopeless.
 
Just read these last 4 or 5 pages ... it's unbelievable the shite some of you have posted ... it's bordering on hatred.

There must be some talent sat around watching on Sky and posting on this forum - obviously you've never lost a match you should have won !

Of course (add in frustrated as well) - but that's all I'd be.

I wouldn't be abusing some of the players on my own team or playing for the team I support

I'm fairly confident I don't fall into that category, so I'll leave it there. Was just offering up a contrary argument. It was pretty awful that last three overs though. Well, the two either side of Arshad. Who was excellent throughout.

Would expect any 8 year old lad to know that rule. If they expect people to pay to watch , then the umpires must be up to scratch, thought they got away with a few iffy wides anarl . Dont think the The powers that be have spent a lot of money on promoting this |Mickey Mouse cricket dont think its going to be the earner they hoped it would be

I agree.

It's the nature of T20 that defeat is snatched from the jaws of victory ... it's just one of them things and I'm sure we'll win a game we look like losing in the near future
