We played him enough times when it was make or break to suggest the club knew his worth and ability. He and Cattermole (along with Wickhams goals) kept us up.

For what its worth, I wouldnt trust our club when it comes to the buying and selling of players. We've had an absolute nightmare in recent times.

The whole team were excellent in keeping us up. I'd say Larsson outplayed Colback in a few of the games and Colback outplayed Larsson in a few but i couldnt say Colback and two others were responsible for keeping us up.

Also people seem to forget, these same players got us in that situation in the first place.

I hope he signs a new deal for us tbh, canny little squad player but if he's been an arse over the wages then he can fuck off, he's just not good enough to care that much about imo.
 
He's been the best value for money player in the whole squad. About time he was rewarded for a period where i believe he was undervalued by Premier League and even Sunderland standards.

this. the lad delivers a 7/10 performance every week and the club keep trying to lowball him. well many a club would only be delighted him 20k a week as reported in all the papers. think i read in one 11 clubs were interested in the league like
