& on the way out they'll buy a pie or 2 from ashleys vans, I've got a idea for a protest or 2. that will grab the media's attention but THERE watching
Our catering is outsourced ;)

Aye, but we have sacked managers for far less than Pardews 2014 record. Its absolutely shocking. P19 w4 d1 l14. Rock bottom of the league over the last 18 games, only 10 goals scored. Battered every other week 0-3 us, 0-4 Spurs, 0-4 against a poor United, 0-3 Everton. 4-0 saints. Something is badly wrong. Plus as we know he is obviously an unsavoury character and didn't have the CV to be in the job in the first place - sacked by a league one club before joining one of the better supported clubs in the country. Poor at west ham, shite at Charlton. As I said, most clubs would have sacked him long ago, he has done well to still be in a job.

Nailed it.

How's he doing over the course of a season? 9th. Get the f***ing violins out for the Geordies.

Is it really that much different to quite a few of our fans wanting Bruce gone when we finished 10th?

A tiny minority. If he'd finished fifth in his first full season it would have been fewer still. Pardew has done a good job on the pennies Ashley gives him, I really hope they get their wish.

Doesn't excuse that form in 2014 though. Just because they excelled before xmas and sold one player doesn't mean they can expect to be bottom over the last 18 games just because they surpassed expectations earlier. Gary Neville's 8 better team theory is bollocks. We are talking 18 games here (plus yet another early cup exit), not the last 4 or 5 games when a season may have been over. That is literally half a season.
I hope he stays, and think he will, because if he survived the Hull incident, he ain't going anytime soon. But those results are ridiculous, the local press are against him, and it now seems the majority of fans are, so i think its good (from their POV) that they are planning something - whether it has any impact remains to be seen.

They were poor for the second half of last season. We were pissing our pants at the prospect of their 'certain relegation'. What happened next? They got off to a flier - fifth at Christmas. I am inclined to think the bloke knows what he's doing, in the grand scale of things, so hope he gets the boot.

I'm not gonna say too much more as I don't want to be outed , but I think he is poor. Has clearly lost the dressing room, random sub's - LB for LB for no apparent reason, playing people out of position etc. He seems out of his depth to me and a ticking time bomb so I hope he stays.

As long as it doesn't halt the attack on Cardiff....

Must confess I had a read of one of their forums - some of the 60 minute crew really pissed off with the 69ers!
Aye, I quite often browse newcastle-online like. Seems NUST - a supporters group savataged the 60 to put their own stamp on it, and now ntinal and local media are quoting both - the fuckers will be confused

Mind, I did read elsewhere someone appealed for the fans to leave after 86 minutes, obviously wanted to get his moneys worth - tight kernt

I'll check that one out I was reading it on Toontastic. So basically different forums will be leaving at staggered times

There's only half a dozen people on each of their forums though.

If all the mags on here did it then you would see a difference, if they ever went to matches that is.

The gift that keeps on giving

Disgruntled Newcastle fans are planning to walk out after an hour of their final home match of the season in protest at manager Alan Pardew.

Supporters have been encouraged to exit St James’ Park during Saturday’s visit of Cardiff City.

United have lost six matches on the spin for the first time since 1987 and the Toon Army have called for Pardew to be axed.

In the wake of Monday night’s 3-0 defeat at Arsenal, prominent fan website nufc.com wrote: ‘Post-match chatter centred on attempts to gain support for a mass walkout after 60 minutes of Saturday's visit of Cardiff City.

‘Given the team's current rate of implosion, even sticking around for an hour might be beyond the call of duty.

‘The lack of unity is glaringly evident and mirrors the fractured relationship between manager and fans. There's a clear need for a figurehead at this club to restore some self-respect, organisation and belief. That man is not Alan Pardew.’

Meanwhile, regional newspaper The Chronicle called on fans to write their front-page headline on Wednesday.

The result was: ‘P45DUE’. The title is currently banned from access to the club and they have now joined calls for Pardew to be sacked.

I wonder how many of the fuckers will walk out if they are 3-0 up at halftime...???
