Looks thousands of seats left on the online planner thing - £60 is £15 too much in my opinion.

Usually attend all the ODI's/Test Matches at the Riverside but not bothering this time, my ticket and return train for Lords was cheaper!

Many off here going?

I'm not going either. It's costing about as much as a day at the Ashes test.

International cricket will die up here if they keep charging those kind of prices.

Went to Day 1, was a tremendous day out, I know a member and he managed to get my pints at £3.00 a go instead of £4.50 which was a bonus!

Went to all 4 days at the Ashes, one of the best things I have done.

60 quid for a one day match, not worth it.

I was really looking forward to this, booked the weekend off work and was all set to buy tickets until I saw the price. £60 is more than I am willing to pay especially considering that it is more than a ticket to the ashes. Shame really

The club were proud to bring international cricket up here and rightly so, but a lot of people are struggling in this current economic climate and a day at the cricket for sixty notes is a lot of money. The Ashes was different. That was THE match everyone wanted. But SL? No thanks.

What a bunch of moaning minnies! £60 is a bargain for a full day out at the cricket. I bet you wouldn't think twice about paying £25-£50 for an SAFC away match. That's 90 minutes as opposed to 300+ minutes at the cricket.

Anyway, I only paid £50 for mine what with me being a member an that.

I paid £70 a day for my Ashes tickets. £20 cheaper for the ODI against Sri Lanka and my seat is in the same stand. Bargain!

There is no way I'd pay £25-50 on a football game either and £60 per ticket is anything but a bargain especially when you add on associated costs of parking, food and drink during the day.

£60 in the current climate is a lot of money for your average fan to pull out and this is reflected in the comments on here and also at pretty much every club I've visited last season.

For me it was a straight up choice one ticket to this ODI (which will not include most of SL big players due to the IPL) or tickets for me and my son to 3 T20 games. I saw the later as better value

My seat to the ashes cost £55 which brings me onto another point, for the ashes there were different priced seats in different areas of the ground whereas this game is a straight £60 regardless of seating position which I also think is unreasonable

Four of us have been to every test and ODI since 2007. Nee chance we're doing this one.

Suspect that this'll be like the SA T20 where they charged £50, no one was paying it and they desperately punted two for one offers in the week before the game. 50% full if not.

SAFC offering two tickets for 60 quid to ST holders

Already done so

T20 for the quick scoring bat and ball fans, Test Cricket for the purists. No need for ODI's.
Not really, people are starting click on that t20 is just a shallow gimmick you only have to look at the poor crowds for the world t20 and also falling attendances in our domestic comp, big bash crowds in Australia are down by a half in just 3 seasons of the tournament starting (although TV audiences have remained steady) not to mention that the IPL give away a LOT of free tickets. All this is happening while ticket sales and TV audiences for ODI's have remained consistent around the world off the back of a very strong World Cup in 2011.

60 quid is reasonable enough.

People have had plenty of time to save up and it's only a one off.

Safc deal is class. May do that now.

Just bought me fatha ine of these taster memberships for 40 notes. Good value too

Sorry. Didn't realise it was a sunday skipp. No, will give it a miss. Would much rather practice my forward defensive and leave outside off stump than watch a bunch of international cricketers. TBF the paying public deserves to see me
