Steven Finn sent home from tour

There are now more support staff than players with the ODI squad.

Is it absolutely necessary to have 16 (sixteen) travelling staff for a cricket side?

This tour has been spectacular. Trott's depression comes to the fore, Swann retires, Pietersen and Flower seem to be at loggerheads, Prior dropped and our best hope for a fast bowler has forgotten that he is a cricketer.

Just as well we didnt lose 5-0 or the tour would have been a complete embarrassment

Finn was in a state with his bowling, Bresnan was injured, Tremlett had done next to nothing since injury and Rankin is / was completely raw when they picked the squad. It just makes the omission of Onions look all the more ridiculous.

I can understand Rankin given his pace and form for Warwickshire, but the other two were a complete waste of a place.

Onions, Sidebottom and Plunkett were all in great form and may well feel miffed
