Where are we going to play him?

If he's up front, then we have no target man, and we'd have to play everything through passing to feet. We haven't been doing that up to now.

On the left wing, cutting in?

With Wickham upfront and playing as a number 10 ?

If that's even remotely true, he'll be worth every penny.

Honestly, and this is not to meant to be a wind-up at all, but I don't think I have ever witnessed a side so incapable of running at defenders and making good crosses. Especially(!) the lack of decent crosses. After watching Sunderland every match this season, I can't stand Seb Larsson. I think he is completely pathetic - at least for the roles he is ostensibly supposed to play. His crosses and free kicks are atrocious.
