They are mate...just very quiet. If the rest of the ground joined in with the SS and SW corner, the thing you think is missing would be found.
I do have a lot of free time, however Google means that you can compose a post like that in just a few minutes.LOL. Wow you must have some time on your hands.
Theres a difference between writing it and actually going and singing it, they are all very shit i agree, but to be fair they are / were still all actually about our players or staff and are still far better than that shit taylor chant.
Did you make it up or something ?
Sorry if you did and i offended you, as i said it must of taken you ages to come up with the words mate
I think the biggest problem is having allocated seat numbers.
They should pick a section and have it generic ticket only so disorganised f**kers like me can just meet up with mates. That's one of the main reasons it's all gone wrong, everything's a f**king chew on nowadays.
True but still an excuse as people at the back of the south stand so you could pick and choose where you want to go.
In the good old days gadjees used to just meet up at a pub. It didn't matter if you turned up at 12 noon or quarter to 3. Everyone used to just bowl over to the ground.
Many people i know have got out of the habit because it's a chew on and too formal.
Are you going to the Man Utd game mate?
It looks that way. My first proper away game in years!
Last time i went we used to set off the night before with slabs and slabs of beer on board, curries and card tables. We'd arrive there before the local milkman was up and mill around town causing mischief for hours till the pubs opened. We'd then flatten any home supporters who came our way and usually smashed the pub up for good measure.
I'm hoping ALS will be doing a similar type of "package deal".![]()
Why not save our voices by combining the two,,,,,,,Are you pulling my leg??
I was in the East Stand)) and Man Utd sang throughout the whole game with barely a break. They completely and totally out sang Sunderland the whole game from start to finish.
I heard a few muffled chants from the South Stand and only realised they were singing at first because some people had their arms out. Steven Taylor song was one and possibly Wise Men Say was the other.
This wouldn't have happened years ago, and certainly not at Roker Park. We've become a soft touch at home, outside the ground and inside the ground.
Apologies, i also heard a subdued chant of things can only get better also.

They were the days.![]()
4 minutes into a semi final and possibly the worst thing ever at either Roker or the Ssol.
Absolutely pathetic.
If someone next to your chants it, punch him or her in the gob immediately.
