Ill give you my new grey nichols to knock in if you love it that much.

Any tips marra? I hate doing it but this season is a big one and I need my new bat in tip top condition.
Last bat I got, I gave to the biggest knacker in my class to knock in every time he annoyed me. Spent best part of every playtime and lunchtime for a month hammering it. He did a grand job

That's bloody cheating that is.

There's me thinking you were gonna give me some pearls of wisdom.

Do you need to knock bats in these days. I just tend to whack the clear plastic cover on and get going with it!

Erm Do you get big scores with these bats like? ;)

On a serious note. Only the top top crem de le crem bats come pre knocked ready for use. The rest that come pre- knocked still need knocking in. Well thats what the blokey told me at just sports, when he was selling me this beaut.

Saying that the only bats I buy tend to be off an old pro with some stock left when they retire, or an overseas player bringing a few over and flogging them on the cheap. I suppose these are theoretically top of the range so may not need knocking in!! Never really been a big connoisseur of bats despite being a batter.
