Dossena

Dossena was trying to stand in front of kim. Nowt wrong with that at all.

Dossena was trying to get in between Kim and the keeper when there was nee room. To get in between he had to physically move Kim out the way which he can't do. I don't see why Dossena was panicking. If Kim stopped Mannone in any way the ref would give a foul. Keepers are the most protected player on the park.[DOUBLEPOST=1388348529][/DOUBLEPOST]
What the fuck were you watching.....Kim had his forearm across Dossena's throat.[DOUBLEPOST=1388348408][/DOUBLEPOST]

So Kim can stand where he wants, but Dossena can't? You're a weird one you.

You can't physically shift an opponent out the way for your own good. I'd say the same if we were attacking. If Fletcher wants to stand next to the keeper then a centre half can't come over, shove Fletcher out the way and take his place. Defenders are forever manhandling strikers from corners.

No he didn't...he moved in between him and Mannone and Kim started acting the dick because he wasn't being allowed to get away with blocking the keeper the cheating little shite.

Slow and unfit. Also always looks like he's capable of getting stupid red. Distinctly petulant for someone of his age and experience.

Seems like a sound lad and 9/10 for the beard.......your problem is you're judging him on footballing ability and fitness. Mind you, I'd be more concerned if I wasn't almost certain he won't be playing beyond Jan 1st.

Kim was stood shoulder to shoulder with the keeper, how the fuck did Dossena get in between? If Kim blocks the keeper, it's a foul. If Kim stands shoulder to shoulder, he's done nowt wrong. It's not rocket science marra.

Yea I couldn't understand why Dossena was getting all the grief for that.

I think it's because we've become accustomed to strikers blocking the keeper and even though it usually results in a freekick it happens all the time.....what usually doesn't happen is the defending team sends a hefty thug in to give the attacker some back.

because Dossena pushed Kim out the road to stop him blocking the keeper. Kim then attempted to go and stand back where he was and Dossena wouldn't let him.

in short- Dossena manhandled Kim so Kim returned the favour. Happens on every corner and 9/10 the defender is at fault.

They're both allowed to stand where they like.....if Mannone moves and Dossena takes his position Kim isn't allowed to start hoying his forearm into his throat and squaring up to him.[DOUBLEPOST=1388348966][/DOUBLEPOST]

How the fuck have you come to that conclusion?

You're missing out the fact that Mannone's not a goal post and is able to move

Kim pushes keeper. Dossena pushes Kim. Kim starts putting his forearm in Dossena's neck.

because Dossena wasn't giving him any room. If Kim wants to stand next to goalkeeper, Dossena can't walk over and manhandle him into a position which suits him.

Dossena's a clown though.

He wasn't even looking at the ball. His sole intent was to obstruct the keeper. It should have been obstruction then he pushed Dossena and held his elbow to Dossena's chest.

The lad was a bellend all game and should have been booked for persistent fouling.

Whether or not he was technically right or wrong Dossena was taking a huge risk with all the grabbing and play acting. The ref might've sided with the defender most times but even 3 out of 4 is atrocious odds given the consequences when he finally gives an attacker any benefit of the doubt.
I really don't know what was going through Dossena's head and i'd expect Poyet to have a long talk to him about risk and best options.

...The really annoying thing about Dossena is SURELY there are better candidates in the championship than this clown? I know they'd probably lack Premiership experience but ffs why did De Fanti or whoever select him? (apparently just because he was Italian?) when there surely HAS to better candidates (British or foreign) in the lower leagues even if it's only in the short term ....depending on who is fit he surely can't start against Villa!

To be fair he's ex Liverpool and Napoli with Champions League experience. His CV is better than what we're used to.
