I would not want to be a striker in this side.

Confidence is zero between Fletcher and Altidore. Very easy to point finger at strikers when a team isnt scoring but you have to look deeper than that. The service is nothing other than abysmal. The amount of times passes and crosses go astray from superb positions is frightening.

Leave Wickham where he is. Dont finish the lads confidence off for good

Thats giving him a bit too much credit, much more comparable to a brick wall the way the ball seems to bounce of him and his (lack of) movement
 
he gets a great ball played into him inside the box, then he just stops....has a look around, his primary instinct should be lashing off an early shot as soon as possible
