The best young spinner around by all accounts.Im sure he will have learnt from the experience.

Neither Kerrigan or Woakes will play a test match again.

Offers zilch with the ball, and could bat as high as 7

The selectors clearly don't fancy Taylor so wouldn't be shocked if he didn't make it

Kerrigan is an interesting one, was at the oval that day and it was a car crash to watch. I hope he comes good

Sam Robson from Middlesex? Mills?
They don't fancy Taylor or Onions but fancied Tremlett? Heaven help us.

That shows a distinct lack of any thought...

The Overton brothers have talent, Reece Topley is raw but looks the part, Meaker at Surrey is genuinely quick if he can develop some control. There's a kid at Hampshire who got 1,000 runs at Hampshire whose name escapes me, or very own openers made massive strides this year. Etc, etc, etc....

Players to watch out for 2015 and 2017 who are not involved at the moment.
1. Fast bowlers--- James Overton (most exciting prospect in county cricket) and Reece Topley
2. Wicket keeper/batsmen---- Ben Foakes
3. All rounders---- Craig Overton (biggest challenger to Stokes, hope he fully recovers from his back stress fracture)
4. Batsmen---- Dom Sibley ( only 18 but watched him bat in a one dayer for Surrey at the Riverside looked a class act)
5. Spinners--- Nightmare (great opportunity for Borthwick if he can cut out the boundary ball per over he currently bowls)

Strange that. Read an article a while back on a lad who supposedly bowls like Murali. The ECB banned him for his action and then don't seem to have given him any support since. Might be people who are more clued up on it than me, but to my knowledge, he still doesn't play for a county side. Just seems odd that they'd shoot themselves in the foot like that if they're short on spin bowling and there's someone with his talent who's been completely sidelined

The young fast left armer, who is with the performance squad must play. Bowls at 90+ constantly.
