Michael Clarke what a horrible little shit!!

If I had been Anderson, would have taken my helmet off, and my gloves and brayed his f***ing head in with the bat. The snidey f***ing twat that he is.

I dont know if anyone else has noticed him deliberately walking in front of our batsmen to have a chat with fielders, the bloke is a wanker

I also expect the Aussies crawling out of the woodwork now, Warne, McGrath, and that little ginger twat who works at our place

I've no problem with being beaten by the better side, which Australia have been here, but the sledging from Clarke especially as he's captain has been disgraceful, also that George Bailey fielding at short leg would have ended up with a mouthful of bat if I'd been Anderson.

They are a horible inbred bunch, no need, they deserved the win, but I wish Botham had been on the pitch, I doubt it would have been hand shakes afterwards.

f***ing pussy, thats what I think he said to Anderson, I hope Anderson remembers that

What went on with Clarke and Anderson? I switched off a while back.

In fairness England have been bullied by the Aussies to a point where they look soft as f***ing shite.

There can be no repeat of this shambolic performance or cowardly display by England.

from australia's point of view everything they could have hoped for before the series has come to fruition plus some... the likes of johnson and warner who both have had their issues but have had decent preparation have carried that into the series and they are absolutely up for this. in the mean time we've totally underestimated them and as well as looking totally underprepared in johnson's case (who bowled extremely well it has to be said) look like we have absolutely no idea how to play him at all.

hopefully this is a wake up call but with the form some of our batsmen are in it's looking like this series could be over if we don't get out act together quickly.

Not just a bad day at the office this, we're in bother if the top order don't improve markedly.
Hopefully it's just our usual slow start to a series magnified by the fact Australia played extremely well. Saying that, the fact all of our top order are struggling for form is very worrying, especially as Adelaide is going to be an absolute road and anything other than 500 first innings (batting first or second) will almost certainly mean trouble. Just got to get back to basics, stop wafting at daft balls outside off, leave chest height balls down leg.

Fingers crossed we can put this test behind us very very quickly.

the one thing no one can underestimate is the effect darren lehman has had on the team since he took over. none of the players had any respect for micky arthur but lehman is one of 'them' and he's had a massive impact. one major difference is his attitude to spin, he's told the aussies to go after swann, which they did in this test and will do throughout the series. the belief and confidence he's given them is immeasurable and it comes through when the players are interviewed. we had that in 2010 and need to get it back sharpish.

There are 4 tests to go and we always do badly in the first of the tour.

I think our lads will be fuming at how we let it get to this , and I reckon we'll have destroyed them by the end of the series.

Sky team did an interesting piece on the Pietersen wicket and suggested he wasn't wrong to take on the shot as the likes if Clarke and Warner had been playing the same balls to the ropes. Despite being a massive fan I think you need to take the position of the game into account.[DOUBLEPOST=1385296394][/DOUBLEPOST]

Graveyard venue, we always start slow and the Aussies played very well in that they had plans and executed them. I'm still confident of my two two series prediction.[DOUBLEPOST=1385296507][/DOUBLEPOST]

Put a plan in place for the short stuff and we will be fine.[DOUBLEPOST=1385296550][/DOUBLEPOST]
I think that's what is bugging me all the more, I didn't have him down as a "typical Aussie" obviously I was wrong.

The likes of Hussey went after swann last time we were there and he came into the series later when the pitches suited him more.[DOUBLEPOST=1385296883][/DOUBLEPOST]If we have underestimated them then its shocking because they caused us loads of bother last series despite the series result.

Aussies back to their old ways, in a way I am glad as I was starting to warm to them, but certainly dislike them again now.

Seeing Bailey at short leg with that fuckin grin wound me up, hopefully he will come to regret that.

It seemed as if some of our players thought we were batting to win not save. Most wicket balls should have been an easy leave.....

I'm to blame for all this cos we fuck up as soon as I go to bed [DOUBLEPOST=1385297200][/DOUBLEPOST]We do look clueless again Johnson when he comes round the wicket like. He bowled very well.

Disgusted with the comments from Clarke and Bailey to Anderson. Australia captain and just what the hell has Bailey done in test cricket to justify his right to sledge Jimmy. Warners comments were out of order too. Nothing worse than a gloating Australia.

Could be in a for a long series as;
Harris has cook on toast.
Johnson has Trott
Siddle has kp
Smith has Bell
Johnson has Root
Siddle has Prior.

Everytime one of our batsmen comes in they are having to face a bowler that has repeatedly got them out cheaply, theres no respite.
Would seriously consider having Ballance and Stokes play the warm up as both would add attacking impetus to the team, Prior just looks shot right now

I don't see all those players being on toast like. Cook and KP looked comfortable in the second inningd and simply played loose shots. Trott has certainly got problems and I'm surprised it took this long for them to work out if you don't give prior width he is fucked.
