On a like-for-like basis, we're 4 points worse off from these fixtures last season. And last season we got nothing from the next three on the fixture list.

Total outrage. I, for the first time cannot think of one positive from that. Total shambles, forget the gypsy curse, that was an outrage. We need the FA to seriously look at the agendas of these 'so called' referees, they have no class.

The prem claiming "best league in the world" should get a major asterisk... the week-in, week-out refereeing gaffs add a ripe layer of amateurishness that significantly lowers the quality of product on the pitch.

Who wants to watch poorly or unfairly reffed matches?

Perhaps the prem is better reffed than la liga in terms of the major euro lesgues but not by much... and both leagues are woeful where officiating is concerned.

Again, it's not them making mistakes that pisses me off so much (it does piss me off mind), it's the fact they're not accountable for them. That decision today was nothing short of utter ineptitude, he should come out and explain what he thought he saw and why he made the decision. Why did he not immediately blow up for a foul? Why did he wait for Adam to go off the pitch before pulling it back? Why did he send Brown off for kicking the ball?

The standard of refereeing in the Premier League is atrocious, if that is the best there are in the country then the training and support referees get needs overhauled. Absolute shambles.

And what's more why didn't he send their goalie off for 1. High foot 2. Studs showing. 3. Connecting with said foot and 4. Potentially collapsing a lung or smashing his rib cage!!!!!!!

Do what? Make a perfectly timed challenge?

I can see how the ref can be mistaken in thinking it's dangerous challenge and/or intent.

... and this just rubs salt into the wounds, this was far worse and the ref thinks it wasn't even a f***ing foul !!!
