Being a commonwealth nation and former British colony it has always puzzled me why they don't have a serious competitive cricket set up like the Windies and Aussies.

Private ventures like universities yeah, their national team would struggle to beat the worst teams in the NE.

If cricket ever gets made an Olympic sport however, they'll pile shit loads of money in it. Much like they have with rugby now the 7s is an Olympic sport.
