LVCC D1 - Durham v Sussex

Riverside + used wicket means only one thing a seam bowlers dream, added to that a rare warm clammy day and the ball swinging, if they can knock of 350 on that wicket they deserve to win it.
I hope Colly declares straight away and puts them in.

Notts game will decide our fate, good side who expect to string a run of wins together and finish strongly. Too much quality to continue on their bad run. Predicted we would be champions pre season but wasnt expecting yorkshire to be closest challengers but rub of the green with england call ups or lack of with our boys should see us through. Sussex will be all out in two sessions

Mega humid and nee wind early tomorrow morning

8am Humidity 90%
  • Visibility Moderate
  • Pressure (Millibars) 1012
  • Wind Direction S
  • Wind Speed (mph/km/h) 5km/h3mph

11am Humidity 78%
  • Visibility Good
  • Pressure (Millibars) 1012
  • Wind Direction S
  • Wind Speed (mph/km/h) 3km/h2mph

2pm Humidity 63%
  • Visibility Very Good
  • Pressure (Millibars) 1011
  • Wind Direction NNW
  • Wind Speed (mph/km/h) 6km/h4mph

We are 10 wickets away from reducing the title contenders down to two and having a 14.5 point lead on the other one with three games to play. Fantastic position to be in and the lads have done brilliantly since the Middlesex defeat.

The only question to be decided in this game now is whether we are in a good position to win the title or a great one.[DOUBLEPOST=1378333840][/DOUBLEPOST]

Would a little bit of wind not be a good thing?[DOUBLEPOST=1378334169][/DOUBLEPOST]Am I right in thinking that the prize money for winning the championship has been significantly increased in the last few years?

Given the clubs financial state, that could come in very handy if we could win it.

Exactly

Would a little bit of wind not be a good thing?

Probably, I was quoting the wind speed in relation to the clamminess.

My Sky Sports Cricket Score Centre app hasn't got our batsmen in red anymore. This indicates not out batsmen so I am ASSUMING we've declared.

Ah ok, I've not checked mine. I'm happy if we have cos think we've got enough ahead and we need the time in case of the weather. I'll be gutted if we don't win this now.

We need to win this and I think we will attack the win from the off this morning. We should surely be able to bowl these out in 90 overs. For them to win it they would have to go at 3.8 an over throughout.

96? (?plus potential for extra half hour if either team is deemed to have a reasonable chance of winning in that time?)

You cannot argue with sandy's trapped slug tally

Unless Colly came along and tampered with it :-O

BBC weather man says the whole country is going to be under water tomorrow and the Birtley Slug Barometer says early wickets today.

Get them in Colly.

Improvement on the weather forecast from yesterday. Seems i was a little premature in my suggestions for an early declaration.
Still looks a heap of shite on bbc for tomorrow like

where are you looking?
