Good. They didn't look bothered and performed shit. If I did that in my job my manager would be either suspending me or sacking me!!

Definitely. It isn't going to get the players on side. These scare tactics might have worked in league 1 but now he's dealing with multi millionaires who probably need a different approach.

Also he walked over to the fans and said "my fault"
 
The bloke is absolute liability, how can you muster team spirit and togetherness when week after week he is slagging the fuckers off.

The players will be frightened to make eye contact with him never mind enter into a conversation
 
He'll lose the dressing room very quickly if he keeps this up. Slags the players off in public far too often for my liking.
