Well i thought it was better to put a plaster on than have it bleeding and her sobbing? Never heard of Anaphylactic Shock? He just said i wasnt supposed to do it and a proper first aider had to. I just thought he was a dick!

Is probably the correct answer.

Health and safety is all about having a system in place to manage risk, usually fairly simple stuff to manage. Unfortunately a lot of lazy arses look at it and think, 'I'm not doing all of that it's too much work, lets just ban the activity entirely' as it's far easier. The uninformed then get the view, wrongly, that health and safety at schools is all about stopping the kids from doing anything remotely risky.

All this stuff about claims is bollocks as well, as long as you aren't negligent you should be able to defend most claims

You can take northern and southern out of this and it still makes sense.

Agggh I can't even edit it! Hopefully it makes sense.

...

Almost.

Yes I know, but it seems that the further south my friends live, the more intelligent they are. I'm not saying that's true of everyone.

My Geordie mates are complete knackers compared to us Mackems, for example.

Paul Gascoigne is one of the most obviously gay men I've ever seen.

He hates women to the point of beating them up, prefers the company of dominant beefy men like Bellies & Moat, wears 'flouncy' clothes & jewelry, dies his hair in garish colours and drinks because he doesn't have the courage to 'come out'.

Wearing false breasts is his way of saying to the world, 'This is the real me'.
