Actually no, Essex can't tie or be rained off. Or we're fucked. Middlesex can though. As can anyone in the MWW group.

Pretty much need a miracle now with the way the other groups have gone tonight. What is guaranteed is we need to beat Derbyshire, if we don't do that we're out. If we do, the following is what we need.

The best 2, third placed teams will progress. So we need either the Mid/West/Wales 3rd placed team to finish on 11 or fewer points OR the South 3rd placed team to finish on 11 or fewer points. For that to happen, the following needs to occur.

MWW Group - Tomorrow, Worcestershire host Somerset. If the hosts win, then Glamorgan must lose their last game at home to Gloucester (Tuesday).

If Somerset win at Worcester tomorrow then Warwickshire host Somerset on Tuesday and Somerset must win that, along with Glamorgan losing, to ensure our passage to the Quarters 8-)

South Group - Essex (home to Surrey) have to lose, as do Middlesex (away to Hampshire) on Wednesday.

So, pretty simple equation really :lol:

And yes, I do have far too much f***ing time on my hands :shock:

Brave effort , but it looks unlikely now

We basically need Somerset Glamorgan and warks to have only 1 more win between them

Or both Essex and middx to lose their last game (middx could draw)

And the weather for tomorrow looks shite

Think the Windies need to get Russell back in the team. Can't get worse results than they are at the moment.

Class that. Our job now slightly more straightforward. Need to win tomorrow and hope Glamorgan lose, tie or get a washout!
