Lintz, Castle Eden, Whitburn, Hetton Lyons and Chester Le street are some of my favourites but I would have to say Ryhope is my favourite as I play there; nice wicket, nice teas, nice bar, decent changing rooms but the only problem is bowling up the bank

I like that - played there from being a kid 100 years ago. It was a hard school to play and learn in. The weather was nothing in comparison.

Dawdon is f***ing freezing at any point in the cricket season. I've played there in july and its been 2 jumper weather!!

Funny enough, some dirty twat always used to leave a shit in the bogs at Dawdon for you to find (during the 80's).
I once played at Easington and it hailstoned and covered the pitch. We had to have a delay until it all melted which was a little while. It was bloody cold that day, even though it was early in the season.
