*Never saw him play but I was born in the middle of his spell of 7-41 against the Windies at Edgbaston, so he qualifies.

I stopped watching Tests about 20 years ago, so none of yer modern players etc etc.

Close to mine
Think I would have to find a place for tony Grieg and Thorpe probably at the expense of Randall and gower . I like bloody minded cricket being from Yorkshire :-)
I hope if rewritten in 10 years cook and swann make the cut

I started watching tests around the early 90s.

Would of been great to have a leg spinner in instead of one of the quicks.
