Been listening to Awayland by Villages

Every time I listen to them it seems painstaking and bland like living with HIV
 
Mark Kozelek and Jimmy Lavalle's "Perils From the Sea" isn't far behind Laura Marling's album. Basically, Kozelek doing what he's done with Red House Painters, Sun Kil Moon etc. but over the gentle electronica of the fella from The Album Leaf.
