Either on the morning after the previous days play.

OR the .

Must say, the ECB website tends to be the best place, more up to date quicker. Currently the Durham site hasn't got the Surrey CC highlights from Days 1, 2 and 3. The ECB one does.

Its a f***ing shame, IMO, that there isn't a highlights package on Sky or summit of the Championship games. Kind of like a MOTD style thing, without those clueless fuckers Lineker, Lawrenson and Hansen

SSN have cameras and correspondants at most grounds, so it could be done.

I've often wondered if there was any web site that intercepts the signal that you could tap into to. The signal must be floating around the airwaves somewhere.

Sounds a bit left field like. :-?

I like left field! Especially in this instance. Like a CB radio for the telly?!

Well done lads, especially Colly who seems to have taken to the captaincy like a fish to water.

Surrey were posting highlights on twitter within minutes of wkts falling. It's takes days sometimes for even the basic of match reports to be put on the Durham website, something for the new media manager to get sorted ASAP.

Surrey's media department is awesome.

The ECB are getting better at producing online highlight packages, as well as content/interviews with players, but it is one area that really holds county cricket back.

They need to one day reach a stage where they get past just the single, stationary camera from one end. I dont want full Sky style coverage of everything but just a rotatable camera would be great.

The success of 101greatgoals.com shows that people watch online sports stuff alot, and producing comprehensive county highlights would be the quickest way to grow the game in my opinion

Great post.

If you have the ECB App on your phone (it's free) you can get a short video of the play the following morning. Decent for basic highlights. You must have wifi connection though. Go to the news tab on the bottom and scroll up or down.

Hope this helps.
