Good lunch entertainment. Have to disagree about the Ashes being at the biggest 5 grounds in England... So err The South then?

Is this really what watching England in the 90s was like? How is there still a cricket fan left in the country?

Saying that though, what a cricketer Matt Prior is.

poor shot there and a bad time to expose the tail with the new ball due...

good partnership though. might just give the rest of them the inspiration to put up a bit more of a fight.

But it's not a minefield that's the daft thing

i know.. only kidding.

thought our bowlers were mixing it up too much and still too short. most of the fuller length stuff was at the stumps and not outside off taking the slips out the game. monty on the other hand it too full and too flat, fairly ineffective.

up to our batsman to try to save face here.

Our tail looks very long without Swann in it. Poor batting display again from the top order. New Zealand are right on to of their game at the moment and can smell blood. McCullum looks to be a very good captain from what I have seen in the series.

We will probably end up on the wrong end of this series barring an Atherton type innings on day 5. Losing to NZ would not be the end of the world, its been a very well contested series, and it would be great to see a stronger NZ cricket team.
