There will be an EGM held at the Ramside next Wednesday 10th October at 7.30pm. (Room update to follow...)
The agenda is as follows;
1.Update on current progress
2.Election of Club Officials
3.Discuss and Sign-off club constitution
4.Current Fundraising & Sponsorship Opportunities
5.Player Recruitment & Interest
6.Club Ground Work Day
7.A.O.B
We would like to see as many people there as possible including playing members and non playing members. If you are interested in being part of the committee either in an official or informal trustee capacity then please PM either EddY Finn or myself.
Positions to be decided upon at this meeting include;
Chairman,V.Chairman,Secretary, Fixture Secretary,Treasurer,Head of Cricket & Club Development,Publicity Officer,Child Welfare Officer and Social Secretary. We also want to have on the committee several informal trustees who can form part of any decisions and also support the clubs Chariatable Status.
As you can see there are a lot of roles, some of which there has been interest registered so let us know ASAP prior to the meeting.

On a side note if you just want to help out and get involved, muck in from time to time then there will be a great opportunity to do that too. Keep either Saturday 13th/Sunday 14th October free.
