It's like a cow field now mate. I'm sure we used to have a canny team at one point going back about 15 years. Hope it gets up and running.

Outfield has been cut its soon going to be rolled and new pitches laid properly. It currently looking pretty good although lots of work still to be done

To be fair mate, it was a few months ago I walked into the actual field and it was well overgrown. As you can see I live in Littletown. Where you getting funding etc mate?

Funding is coming from lots of different avenues would rather not say on a public forum but if your interested come down to the meeting. We are going to have another meeting/open day for littletown residents as we would like the local community to become involved.

Fair enough about funding mate. Youre right in terms of saying in the public domain. Unfortunately I Can't make it Wednesday mate but should any meeting happen for local residents I will be there. Hope you get it up and running.
Good luck

Great to hear of a club reforming rather than folding. My playing days are long gone but i remember Littletown many years in,I'm sure, the Coast League. My very best wishes for the future.

Fully agree! Think it's a great opportunity and one I am looking forward to being involved in! We won't be around just making up numbers and have real plans and direction for where we want to take the club. I'd encourage anyone reading this thread whether playing or non playing to get involved and attend this meeting, you will be pleasantly surprised at how much has already progressed, the whole thing already has good wheels and is gathering pace!

We'll also be pro-actively on the lookout for club sponsors, be it in terms of boards, via website or match balls. It's going to need hard work but Eddy and everyone involved is determined to make a success. So if you are interested in sponsorship, or unable to attend, pm eddy or myself and we'll ensure your kept in the loop! Cheers

Is that you Arundel?

It is Pingu mate yes. Supporting the lads n helping get the club off the ground again. Are you at the Riverside for the Butterwick Hospice day on Thurs again? If so, we'll catch up n have a beer.

Meeting is going to be just in the bar, enter through carpark to the left as the road forks. Not going to be a full on Alan sugar style board meeting, just keeping it informal to let everyone know the progress we have been making behind the scenes and outline the collective vision for what where people see the club going. We are wanting as much input and opinion as possible

I'm training in Leeds on Wednesday, really wanted to be there. I'll see what time I'm back and will try to make it.

Think this is an excellent project which I will follow with great interest

I am happy to support the lads in any way I can. Good luck Littletown

TVOR, you can get your young'n and a couple of his pals down to play for us! Haha. Can't get better support than that! ;-)
