so, Just to be clear.
The ECB delay naming the test squad to allow KP to confess to sending texts.
They then ask him to apoligise to his team-mates and themselves, which he does so in private.
They then ask him for a public apology about the texts. Which he has now done so.
& YET now, the ECB & Strauss are saying that there is no guarentee he'll return and that there are more trust issues then merely texts....SO why go through all the hassle of forcing him to apoligise for something that clearly wasn't the crux of the problem?
In the space of 2 days the ECB have changed from selecting him for this test if he apoligised to might never pick him again AFTER he's apoligised.
Lets not even get started on the whole Broad issue either.

Not quite the point, Moores was going anyway, if KP had kept his mouth shut and not tried to overthrow the coach himself he may have lasted in the job beyond those 3 tests. As it turned out he couldn't help himself let the power go to his head and ended up talking himself out of the captaincy almost as soon as he got it.
