For me with England it's all about introducing younger players one by one- don't want to be in Australia mode- when all the big shots went within 2 years and left em struggling big time.
KP's departure will stand us in good stead going forward imho.

Clearly has an inferiority complex. I remember when he had a white stripe in his hair trying to come across as a bit of a joker but when he was asked about his hairstyle he nearly bit the interviewers hair off! Hes got no sense of humour.
Also, when he talks about playing for England you get the impression he can go and play world class cricket elsewhere ? Poor bloke :-(
