Bopara is simply not a test match player, its not about talent, alot of players have a good technique its about mental strength, concentration, discipline.
I am amazed he got picked again, he is an ok pick for the one day side but should be nowhere near the test side.
This just highlights again how vital Collingwood was, although that Atherton willnever admit it

Third umpire guessing there?
Nah, you could see a hot spot on the glove
With the last ball of the day Morkel bounces out Jimmy...but Wait Jimmy uses England's last review despite the fact he fenced it off the face of the bat to slip...the crowd starts to leave when suddenly a huge roar screams out as the big screen replay shows Morkel has over stepped..The call of no-ball is made, making the scores tied with no more overs left in the day.
But this is just fantasy and we're all expecting to lose a wicket in the opening overs at the start of play.
Started well and finished shite. Steyn 1 up against Jimmy straight away. Massive respect to Amla.

Who's at fault here our bowlers or batters. I say 60/40 to the bowlers. Batters should have got 100-150 more in 1st innings but the bowlers were toothless imo.
It was an all round poor performance. Batsmen ultimately responsible for the loss though IMO. To only get 385 from the position we were in 1st innings was very poor. The game should have been made safe and secure by day 2. Cook (tin hat), Trott and Pietersen all were set to make big, big scores and none of them did (Cook obviously more excused as he made 3 figures but having seen Smith, Kallis and Amla make huge hundreds I think he'll be disappointed to go for 115).
