Here he comes...

First delivery is a pie

Second is a no ball pie which goes to the ropes

Good over, only 7 coming from it!

Trott should have out that long hop away. Still no 6 in Test match cricket.

Morkel firing them left, right and centre. He's probably dizzing from the spinning he does before every run up.

Fuck off Smith, you stupid fatty!

Need to make a massive 600 plus here I reckon. Cook needs to make a double ton. KP, Bell and Bops chipping in with 200.

The pitch is looking very batter friendly.

At the moment it is, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it start to break up by the end of tomorrow and start of Saturday. If it does break up as expected, 450-500 could well be enough to win it without batting again. Of course, with the likes of Smith, Amla, Kallis, de Villiers and Rudolph lining up for them, 450 could end up looking like a below par score.

Great day from England so far, proper test match this!

Warne spot on again about the singles.

I'd be delighted with 500. The pitch looks decent but the South Africans are playing too defensive. Plus, Englands attack is more dangerous as an all round unit.

Can't see that like.
