Nice to see the Emirates money is being used well. .

To be fair the 2 lads brought in for the T20 have performed very well.

But investing the money in the hit and giggle team has made the proper cricket team suffer through a lack of investment. .

Aye to keep players for longer than they should have been. Some of the older players on the big money should have been let go and younger ones brought in.

We never seem to try to sign top English talent that become available and all the batters seem to have fell off a cliff at the same time.

Totally agree. The money would be better spent on the 4 day team, but Emirates obviously reckon they'll get more exposure for their money in the T20.

We can't spend any more on the LVCC at the moment. It may change next season if some players are moved on. Emirates want advertisement, they won't get much of that in the LVCC in fairness.
