Looks like he wanted to pack in ODIs but stay playing T20. The central contracts class both as limited overs so they wanted all or nothing across those formats!

He is an utter plank but pretty much the only one of our batters I would pay money to see!

Agree, average of nearly 42 in ODI's and 9 hundreds. Nobody comes close to him as our best ODI batsman.....
