If we go down the route of basing comments because people have played in goal since they were 8 or 7.

I have played in defence since I was 7 and I would expect me or my fellow defenders to put in a challenge to stop the cross, then attack the ball.

I would never expect a keeper to come flying out for that ball.

As a defender I'd be pissed off at letting an attacker get a decent header in

no. of course not, but you cant just single him out and play the blame game when there are other players around him that could have done something to stop the goal as well.
