No I didn't criticise Mig because no one comes on here and tries to tell me he is world class keeper who doesn't make mistakes....

By your logic, he should have got that cross against arsenal.

That post there is pure proof that your problem is with Gordon himself and not his ability. You are a bitter, bitter man.

But that's his job tartan. To flip your argument, are you saying Gordon should stay rooted UNLESS the the trajectory and aim are in Gordon's favour. F me....can imagine it...Craigy boy, stay rooted unless you are 100% certain you will get it. Unbelievable.

Coming out of the ground there was loads of people commenting on how well Gordon had played, radio phone in much the same, O'Neill and Turner interviewed much the same, Owen Coyle also made time to say how well Sunderland's keeper had played.

But sure as eggs is eggs theres good old Ernie with his 'alternative view'

I can't even be bothered to construct an argument against these people.

Please just fuck off.

You point blank refuse to criticise other keepers for anything. Simply because they aren't Gordon

In this particular situation he really should be expecting his defence to deal with it. It would have been an extremely risky plan to try and take out both Davies and Kilgallon in order to get to the ball, how the hell was he supposed to know Kilgallon would get so far under the flight of the ball?

Pretty much yes. A keeper should only commit if he is certain that he is going to get it, and almost every goalkeeper will tell you that is what they have been coached since childhood.

Ernie, admit it.

Did you think Fulop was better than Gordon?

Spot on fella, but you didn't attend so don't have a clue according to graphex.

Eh,MAckem liam....I'm pretty sure Craig might be a nice guy. Never met him, don't know him so can't comment. But my comments on his ability are based on the dozens of games I have seen him play (live, before you ask). Unlike a few on this board, I can distinguish between a football argument and the person proffering an argument with which I disagree. Which is why I never feel the need or in fact desire to revert to name calling and vitriol.
