You have it pretty much nailed. Maybe a helmet if you are extra safety conscious but you should be ok if its not too high a standard. I would also get a thigh pad and maybe just a bag to put it all in.
 
mike ashleys shop has some decent slazenger shoes for less than a score.
dalton park can get you bat and pads at discount prices.
young thorburns shop in Silky problies get the rest for very little

sorted.
