This, completely this. East Durham is our North Tyneside, i.e. 90% support the team they should - they're local team. Me cousin would have a fit if mags and Seaham were even mentioned in the same sentence :lol:
 
if you look into it you tend to find that the mags dads are also indeed of the same persuasion and they themselves moved to the area, no self respecting true son of Seaham would support them dirty bastards.

i was there, thick fog all over Newcastle, game more than likely to be abandoned. ..... it was... we were winning one nil although i couldn't see the goal from the other end!
 
There are a few mags in Seaham like. Most are plastic twats who only started supporting them mid 90s when they were decent. You only hear from them when they beat us or when they are taking the piss out of SAFC – they very rarely, if ever, go to the games.

The one mag I know with a season ticket only started going because he wanted to watch Premier League football and Sunderland were in Div One at the time.

Anyway, they watch matches in The Roadside because it’s more a ‘family friendly’ pub and they know they won’t get any bother from the locals. One of them celebrated a goal against us in the Dun Cow (just up the road) and ended up having punches hoyed at him.

Our flag gets to a few away games aswell...
