Got my renewal pack this morning. T20 is £30 for 5 games if you're already a member. £150 for full membership with loyalty discount. 8-)

Can't argue with those prices.

No news for International tickets but going off previous years it will be £35-£75 for the saffa game.

Been a member since early 90's but considering not renewing next year. Mainly cos I go with the young'un who has just turned 16 and his price has shot up from £30 to £175 (or maybe £150 with loyalty discount) but he's still at school doing A levels and not earning or getting benefits. Muggins here will have to cough up £300 for the pair of us and tbh can't really justify it and it's not fair to just re-new mine and not his.
I think they should have some kind of student rate or some concession for those in full-time education who aren't getting benefits.
Bit of a bummer but just can't justify £300 at this time of year.

Advance Booking On The Day Prices

£12 Adults £15 Adults
£5 Juniors £5 Juniors

Same as last year, can't complain at no increase. I do however think it's a bit steep having to pay £15 for a day of cricket on the spur of the moment - although I believe for the Championship the prices are set by the ECB and not Durham......

Are there discounts if you want to buy more than one day? For example say 3 for 2 or 4 for 3 :?: Would be a good idea if anyone from the ECB's pricing committee is looking in on this forum

I wrote to Durham querying the increased prices and that there should be concessions for kids staying on at school etc and got a couple of decent replies from the box office.
Apparently the concession rate for students (to which you need to produce a NUS card) also applies to sixth form students providing you supply proof from the school and the rate is £90 (after loyalty).
The box office manager agrees this is not clearly evident on the renewal forms so has passed it to the marketing department to have a look at for future.
It's good to see they've listened and acted and appreciate the feedback.

good stuff that dave. it's a shame our football club couldn't take note of this

Ferkin hell, I thought the price was determined by the ECB - unless £15 is the minimum and Durham aren't rip-off merchants..... Kent, aptly named it seems.

Aye it's good craic although tbf to the football club, this was raised at a few of the talk-ins and Quinny admitted they'd not realised about it but would address it for next season. Now that he's gone nowt will probably happen like.

Didn't another poster (Brian?) complain about the tickets for the WIndies test match? Bought so many at premium prices and then DCCC/ECB started selling them at a discount + bogof. He complained and DCCC reimbursed him iirc.
