Anyone noticed since the match fixing court cases and before then how there batting collapses/inconsistent performances have subsided considerably.

Got a feeling were going to play them at the wrong time and get turned over

They were 100/6 at one point a few days back. Must admit don't know what they finished on.

The games whereby they were in pole position to win games and then collpase like no other seem to have subsided for the time being, I wonder why

Its a very strange country is'nt it? Full of bent cricketers and suicide bombers and goats and curries...its hot as well...and the traffic is terrible..

i thnk it will be a tough series, but the fact its not in pakistan should give us the edge. looking forward to see how we go against their attack and also looking forward to seeing our attack on sri lankan tracks (reckon jimmy will fail marra?). big winter coming up and we could easily come back without a series win (although i doubt it).

I just cannot believe anyone of them will be throwing matches, spot fixing against us because there will be so much heat on them and you will see the real Pakistan who are a potent bowling unit
 
you now begin to wonder why the Pakistan team didnt walk off when we won in the dark over there when Thorpe hit the winning runs

I tell you what I think Pakistan have done, they have mastered the art of putting themselves in winning positions so the odds on them losing lengthen considerably, then seedy figures in the underworld put huge sumes on them losing and they and the players coin it in when they throw games they should have won

aye, if pakistan walk off and refuse to continuing playing they essentially hand the game to england.

i dont care.

all i care about at present is england being streets ahead of the rest. its a great time to be an england fan 8-)
