They were bowled out for about 97, 4 for John, 1 for Scott, 1 for me and 3 for Rob and a run out. Knocked them off for the loss of one wicket (Phil) after about 18 overs or so. John and Chris carrying us home, all batters batted well, especially John.

great win. shame we got thrashed last week because we would have been top of the league. (false position like)

Whickham bowled n****e city out for 106 but they lost by 16 runs.

Yes mate we should be top three again now hopefully. As Backworth were docked 20 points last week three wins out of our four remaining games might be enough. We play Bill Quay last game could be winner goes up/ wins the league.

Well done to Rob for skittling their best batters and the round tree on a cracking all round performance.

you will need to change clubs then as the Hetton Lyons aren't in the sunday league now as the premier league has a 3rd team league of their own
