Just dug out an old ticket from a few years ago and it says "No alcohol will be permitted into the ground for Twenty20 matches. For all other domestic matches spectators can bring a limited amount of alcohol into the ground"
We managed to get 16 cans in for the championship game against Kent last year so it seems they are much more laid back for domestic games. Of course there's every chance you may fall foul of an over-zealous steward but I honestly can't remember the last time I was checked for a domestic match.
yep, that is correct, allowed in with 4 cans, i took 8 in as my bag never got searched, result , didnt spend a penny in there, class day out and durham won.
