err no it doesnt. As explained elswhere in this thread your leg can be in front of the wicket, the ball could be going on to smash all 3 stumps out of the ground but if it pitched a tiny fraction outside leg stump you are not out.

Also the ball can pitch outside off stump be going onto hit the wicket but if it srikes you on the pad a tiny fraction outside the line of the stumps you are not out.

Pleased those 2 shockers from Bowden yesteday didn't cost us the match.

I remember when India sneaked a draw at Lord's on their last tour here, Sreesanth was plumb LBW (IIRC to Monty) to one of the final balls of the match and that wasn't given either.
